The 2026 exhibition is now over. We had a great weekend, with good weather, excellent attendance, happy patrons, and the only major issue was a power outage on Sunday which delayed opening until 12:30pm.
We again had some great layouts on display, with several making their debut, including the Club’s latest exhibition layout Rossiter, an Australian HO scale layout with much beautiful detail. Modern day UK West Coast Mainline N Scale layout Mid Albion was again displayed, with extra detail added since its debut last year. Our children’s U-Drive layout where the young ones could try their hand at driving a model train, was a great hit, as was Hollow Glen where children could drive their own Thomas train. We also exhibited a very large G Gauge display put together by some of our members. Our guest exhibitors, with many layouts new to our exhibition and some favourites which have been before, were most impressive.
We look forward to seeing you all next June 2027 at our usual venue, Brandon Park Community Centre, King’s Birthday Weekend 2027, 12th to 14th of June.
